The College is governed by a Council of 24 members who oversee policy development and the administration of College affairs. Council and its committees make decisions relating to entry-to-practice requirements, ethical and professional standards, professional misconduct, incompetence and incapacity. Of the 24 Council members, 14 are RECEs elected by their peers and 10 are publicly appointed by the Ontario government.
